Due to the pandemic, we have had to put measures in place to ensure that we minimise risk and take all reasonable precautions to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of employees and our customers. This has involved putting in a series of new measures and working practices.
We will be observing the 1-metre distance rule at all times, and respectfully ask you and your guest to do the same.
New guidelines from the 19th July 2021

Please book your appointment online for the amount of guests you would like to bring. If you wish to bring more than 3 guests you must book the prosecco appointment for upto 6 people
Masks must be worn to enter the building and when moving around, you may take your mask off whilst you are seated, the bride does not have to wear a mask when trying on wedding gowns.

Masks must be worn by all parties during fittings for your safety and protection.
Please note that as a licensed premises we aren’t able to accommodate children or babies even in prams or pushchairs.
Please note that unfortunately, the appointment will not be able to proceed with more than 1 guest.

In order to carry out your fittings, our bridal seamstress will have to work close to you and at times, at a distance of fewer than 2 metres. For this reason, we will be asking you to continually wear a face-covering during your appointment. Our seamstress will also be wearing both a face mask or a visor.
You must not talk to her when she is working less than 2 metres from you. If you need to signal to her to discuss something, wave your hand and she will step back to a safe distance of 2
Arriving for your Appointment
It’s worth noting that we have had to lose our lovely waiting area, to minimise exposure to other people. We will therefore have a locked door policy while our appointments are going on. We will only be opening our door when an appointment is due to start to avoid any cross over with other customers. So please arrive on-time as you’ll have to wait outside until it’s time for you to start your appointment.
Pre-select your Dresses
In order to comply with government guidelines and to prevent the spread of the virus, we will be steam cleaning each dress after a customer has touched it and tried it on. This means that we cannot allow our customers to browse our rails and touch all the dresses that they do not intend to try on (as we would have to spend hours cleaning every single dress afterwards). This means that prior to your appointment, we will be asking you to email us 5 dresses from our website that you absolutely cannot wait to try on. These will be ready for you when you arrive for your appointment. All prices and sizes are displayed so you can pick a dress that fits your size and budget.
Your appointment will begin with you trying on these 4 dresses. Once we have seen what you are liking and not liking about these dresses, and how they fit your body, we will then suggest other dresses for you to try. Don’t worry! You will have the opportunity to try on more than 4 dresses during your appointment. But we will be selecting these additional dresses from the rails for you to limit the number of dresses handled during an appointment.
Payment and Prices and sizes
All our prices and sizes are clearly shown on the website so you can check that the dresses you love are your size and in budget before you select them. We only ask for a 50% deposit at the time of ordering your wedding dress. Mother of the bride dresses and sale dresses are payment in full as these are off the peg.
We look forward to celebrating with you when you find ‘The One’ with us!
